Karthik Ramakrishnan | Advisor- Quality Management

Dr. Karthik is responsible for the overall strategy, growth and development of Park Healthcare Services (PHS). Prior to founding PHS, he was lean operations and clinical process improvement leader for one of the top 5 largest for-profit, non-profit health systems and world renowned academic medical centres in U.S and Asia.

He is a trained physician and hospital management expert with more than 5 years of experience in healthcare administration and clinical excellence. He has saved more than $15 million USD, for leading health systems through his lean operations expertise and process improvement methodologies. Previously, He also served as the regional lead and fellow in performance improvement for leading health systems such as Dignity Health, Prime Healthcare and Kaiser Permanente.

Dr. Karthik holds Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and Bachelors in Medicine and Bachelors in Surgery (MBBS) from Sri Ramachandra Medical University,India. He also completed his executive training in Strategic Leadership from Harvard School of Public Health. In addition, he is the recipient of the honorary Donald W. Reynolds FD~AGE Mini-Fellowship Program in Geriatrics from UCLA School of Medicine, Lean Six Black Belt from Villanova University and Human-Centered Design Thinking training from Ideo.
