The rich industrial experience of more than three decades in different management cadres makes him a true team leader and a modern management guru. Academically, he is a Cost Accountant. Mr. Ganesan has served several national and international companies like Godrej and Unilever in senior managerial positions.

He was one of the chief architects of M/S Gogan Associates, which is a professional ‘Consulting and Merchandising Company’. This company has created landmarks in the ‘supply chain management’ area. Because of his extensive business activities in East African regions like Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Tanzania, he has several business contacts. He had a pivotal job in establishing various joint ventures in India with global business partners, both in the production and marketing arenas.
