Charismatic and propitious in nature, Mr. Anban Xavier has about sixteen years of rich experience at various levels of Healthcare Sector. Completing his Bachelors in Law, Mr. Anban had started his career as an Agency Manager in ICICI Bank and was responsible for managing delinquencies and handling field collections. He was able to reduce the backlogs and introduced a separate process to monitor daily run rates. After six years, he joined as an Executive in TATA Teleservices where he proved to be very successful in achieving the targets while registering highest percent, all over Chennai.

With nine years of experience in other fields, he entered into Healthcare Sector with a passion to learn and contribute to the market. He joined in Vasan Eye Care in the year of 2010 as Centre Head, taking the overall responsibility of that particular branch. The entire centre was re-strategized on the basis of his past experience in handling clients. With him in the system, the centre started to grow exceptionally

In 2013, he joined Apollo Clinics as Centre Manger (Operations) where again he gained the reputation through effective and seamless operations management in a hospital. He was also a part of Dr.Mohans Diabetes Specialties Centre, heading PAN India projects while handling operations of 30 branches, all by himself. This made him proficient in handling new projects right from initiation to managing. He does have his experience in various hospitals like Kauvery Hospitals, Prabas VCare Trichology. The vast experience in Hospital Management has made him an expert in various types of Strategic Planning, Manpower Management and other end-to-end Operational activities of a hospital quintessential.
